I. RATES
* Special internet rates are valid for booking made though our
websites NOT direct to the hotel
* Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges
and are quoted in US Dollars
* Room rates are per room per night
* Special package rates / super deal package are per room per
package
* Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per person
II. CANCELLATION POLICY
Normal Season
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days
prior to the arrival date.
* Early check out will be charged one night room value
July & August
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days
prior to the arrival date.
* Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days
prior to the arrival date.
* Early check out will be charged two nights room value
20 December - 10 January
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days
prior to the arrival date.
* Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days
prior to the arrival date.
* Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation
within 14 days prior to the arrival date
* No refund for early check out
III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
All confirmed booking shall be guaranteed with your valid credit
card details (Visa/Master/Amex);
* Credit card number
* Card holder name
* Expiration date
* Bank name of the card
* Passport number
* Birth day
* Copy of passport and credit card should be sent through facsimile
OR
- 3 last digits number written on the back cover of visa / master
card
- 4 digits number written on the front top cover of Amex
Those details shall be faxed to (+62 361) 981270. Sending through
email is not recommended.
* The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation
and will be charged if there is any cancellation as per above
procedures
* Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details
is received and will be faxed to your
fax number and to the respective hotel.
IV. PAYMENT PROCEDURES
* All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival
in Bali (if you have transfer) or
* Payment will be collected by our representative a day after
check in at the hotel
* Payment will not be to the hotel.
* All payment by credit card will be converted into local currency
using the exchange rate on the date billing
* Amex (+3%) / VISA (+3%) / Master (+3%) credit card fee will
be applied for credit card payment
Others Exception on Payment Collection
* The copy of the credit card is required for any reservation
on hotels in Lombok, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Sulawesi and other
parts of Indonesia.
* A credit card statement form will be sent to you for this
type of transaction.
